Old Navy - Free Concept

Developed an exploratory spatial concept for Old Navy's activewear collection — a modular standalone fixture designed to travel across stores and pop-up initiatives nationwide. Drawing from vintage and industrial sports equipment, the form borrows athletic shapes and materiality while threading in Old Navy's modern, inclusive identity. The concept explored how expressive signage, refreshed visual language, and a scalable structure could bring personality and flexibility to a mass-market retail setting.
