Managed web production for Square's rebrand 2.0 — overseeing publishing accuracy across 75+ pages delivered within a six-month timeline, compressing a process that would have otherwise taken significantly longer. Coordinated across legal, localization, marketing, analytics, and engineering to deliver a simultaneous global rollout. Introduced launch readiness reviews, sign-off matrices, and freeze protocols — and personally QA'd pages before each rollout — to protect a high-stakes public transition running in parallel with other active web initiatives.
